Wine Tour COVID-19 Terms and Conditions;
Note your deposit and/or final payment are not refundable under any circumstances. These amounts are not held by Men On Fire as upon receipt they are forwarded to the respective parties involved in securing your party. If there is a change in restrictions between booking your party and the party date that means it can no longer proceed, we will re-allocate the deposit amount to a new date within 12 months of the original event date. Note this does not apply if there is simply a change of mind or circumstances, it is only applicable for NSW Government implemented restrictions effecting Men On Fire Australia conducting your booking. It also does not apply if you have a greater number of RSVPs than you had booked the allocated space for.

Your booking is not secured until a deposit has been received and is allocated to the time, package & location booked and any variations to these details will result in loss of deposit. Removing aspects of your package does not transfer deposit to other inclusions.
Full payment is due 14 days prior & we reserve the right to cancel your event, with no deposit refund, if not received by the due date. No full or partial refunds 14 days prior to event/after final payment has been made and no cancellation amount is transferable to bar tab, credit or similar. Please read all terms and conditions before payment is made.
