Your booking is not secured until a deposit has been received and is allocated to the time, package & location booked and any variations or cancellations to these details will result in loss of deposit. Deposits are not transferrable, refundable or able to be used as a credit under any circumstance. Removing aspects of your package does not transfer deposit to other inclusions.
Full payment is due 14 days prior & we reserve the right to cancel your event, with no deposit refund, if not received by the due date. No full or partial refunds 14 days prior to event/after final payment has been made and no cancellation amount is transferable to bar tab, credit or similar. Please read all terms and conditions before payment is made.
COVID-19/Cancellation Policy; Should restrictions come into place that directly effect your party up to 14 days prior, for example a decrease of maximum guests to under 10, your deposit will be available as a credit for 12 months. Should you be able to proceed but cancel for other reasons, no refunds will occur and any payments will be forfeited.
