Current NSW COVID Update As Of Wednesday 27 January 2021

Venues: Parties at venues have no formal cap on guest numbers and are only limited by 4m2 per person in the space being used for the party. We will advise these specifically based on your package/venue and is generally around 25-30 guests. This is expected to change to 2m2 per person from Friday 12 February.

Residential & Holiday Houses within Greater Sydney, Central Coast and Wollongong: Up to 30 guests

Houses/Rentals outside above region, including Newcastle, Bowral, Berry, Kiama, Hunter Valley and Nelson Bay: Up to 50 guests

Hotels: It is important to note that hotels in Sydney CBD and across NSW have their own individual requirements. Some rooms will allow 30 guests as per the restriction, however some are not comfortable with this and will only allow the guest number allocated to the bedrooms (for example 2-6 guests). If booking one of our packages at a hotel, we strongly encourage you to have written permission from the management that they will allow your guest numbers and package to proceed.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: If a restriction prevents your party directly from going ahead, for example you booked for 15 guests at your home in Sydney CBD and the maximum allowed is now 5, your deposit would be available as a credit for 12 months. We can also work with you to move the party from a house to a venue where possible so your party can go ahead. Note credits/refunds do not apply for situations where you have cancelled for other reasons, such as a change in wedding date where your package booked can still operate and go ahead as planned.
